Product Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our in-office team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on product research, has strong technical knowledge, and understands API-driven development. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build and scale key product features.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and research to launch and iteration
Conduct product research: user interviews, market studies, competitor benchmarking
Write clear product specs, user flows, and API documentation
Collaborate closely with engineering to design technically feasible solutions
Drive sprint planning, roadmap prioritization, and release cycles
Analyze product usage and customer feedback to improve user experience and performance

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology company
• Strong understanding of APIs, developer tools, and technical documentation
• Exposure to martech, customer engagement platforms
• Experience with agile development and tools like JIRA, Notion, Postman, and Mixpanel
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus

Good to Have

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or other messaging platforms
• Exposure to martech, customer engagement, or CRM products
• Previous experience in a startup or growth-stage environment
