About the venture
We are building a stealth B2B AI product for expert professionals who work with complex technical information, secure documents, and structured workflows.
The product is designed to help users move from raw technical input to structured, reviewable, professional work product with AI assistance and human control.
We are looking for a full-stack product engineer who can build the first usable product interface and core application layer.

The role
You will build the web application that users interact with every day.
This includes the workspace, upload flows, project dashboard, editor, AI interaction flows, review screens, and export functionality.
You will work closely with the CTO, AI engineer, and founders to turn complex domain workflows into a simple product experience.

What you will build

Feedback and correction loops
Required skills

You should have experience with:
TypeScript
React / Next.js
Python / FastAPI or Node.js

Backend data modelling

Working with design/product ambiguity

You should be able to think about:
How do we make a complex workflow feel simple?
How does the user know what the AI has done?
How does the user correct the system?
What should be editable?
What should be locked?
What does an expert user need to trust the output?
How do we reduce friction without reducing control?
What we are not looking for

We are not looking for:
A frontend-only developer
Someone who needs perfect specifications before building
Someone who cannot work with AI/backend systems
Someone who optimises for visual polish before core workflow
Someone who cannot ship quickly
Compensation

This is an early-stage role.

Compensation may include:
Salary, if funded
Contract-to-full-time route
Equity/options
Milestone-based payment

The structure will depend on stage, candidate seniority, and availability.
