Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
2. Create content calendars and schedule posts regularly.
3. Write engaging captions, social media copy, and campaign content.
4. Research trending topics, viral content formats, and industry trends.
5. Coordinate with designers and video editors to create reels, stories, and social media creatives.
6. Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and community interactions.
7. Track social media performance metrics and prepare weekly reports.
8. Support influencer outreach and collaboration campaigns.
9. Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
10. Brainstorm creative content ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
11. Assist in promoting product launches, campaigns, and special offers.

Requirements

1. Strong interest in social media, and digital marketing.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, and social media trends.
4. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
5. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
6. Prior experience managing social media pages is a plus but not mandatory.
