Content & SEO Specialist

Hey folks! We are hiring a Content & SEO Specialist at Dialed Labs, a boutique Digital PR & SEO studio based in the US and Europe.

Are you our next content and SEO specialist?

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Can improve existing content so it is clearer, more useful, better structured, and more search-friendly
• Can write strong, original content when needed, adapting your style to different clients, industries, and page types
• Are flexible enough to help with other writing tasks when needed, including short-form content such as press pitches
• Have hands-on experience with at least one major CMS or website platform
• Are comfortable working inside website platforms and CMS backends such as WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar
• Can make careful content and SEO edits inside a CMS, including updating copy, formatting pages, editing links, replacing outdated links, and fixing simple page issues
• Can use AI as a support tool for research, writing, troubleshooting, and finding fixes, without depending on it to do the thinking for you
• Are detail-oriented and can check your own work before submitting it
• Are a practical problem solver who can investigate issues, follow instructions, and figure out sensible fixes
• Communicate clearly and proactively, especially when you are blocked, unsure, or need more context to complete a task properly
• Welcome feedback and apply it to your work
• Can consistently complete assigned tasks without close supervision

What’s Involved:

Improving existing website content, creating new content where needed, and making simple on-site SEO updates inside client websites.

This could mean rewriting a section of a blog post so it is clearer and more useful, expanding a shallow page with better research, tightening a page that has too much fluff, updating internal links, fixing broken links, replacing redirects, editing metadata, improving formatting, or making sure a page is properly structured and easy to read.

For this role, we need someone who takes content quality seriously and is comfortable working directly inside CMS platforms and website backends. You do not need to be a developer, and this is not a technical role, but you should have enough CMS experience to confidently make careful edits to website content, links, formatting, and basic SEO fields without needing step-by-step guidance every time.

With a client-base spanning many industries, you’ll work on numerous topics and website types. One day you might be improving a long-form blog post, the next you might be updating a service page, editing ecommerce copy, fixing links across a website, or adjusting content based on SEO recommendations. From time to time, you may also help with other writing tasks, such as short-form pitches, so flexibility across different content formats is important.

You’ll have significant autonomy and independence in a role that includes stable, ongoing, full-time work.

We work remotely, so strong communication matters. You should be comfortable checking in with the team, asking clear questions, flagging roadblocks early, and keeping people updated on your progress without needing to be chased.

Selection Process:

• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a small test task and record a short video introducing themselves.
• Selected applicants will be offered a one day paid trial.
• Successful participants will attend a video interview.
• Chosen candidates will be given paid training on our content and SEO processes and complete a full week’s trial in the role, before being offered an ongoing position.
