Dynamics GP / Dynamics 365 Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Dynamics GP / Dynamics 365 Consultant to help our clients implement, migrate, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions for their business operations.

What you'll do
• Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics GP and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central / Finance & Operations
• Act as a solutions consultant — translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Conduct discovery workshops with clients to map workflows and identify the right Dynamics modules
• Define customization scopes and write functional specs when standard modules don't cover the need
• Guide clients through data migration from legacy systems into Dynamics 365
• Review and validate developer work to ensure it aligns with business intent
• Provide ongoing support, training, and post-go-live hypercare

What we're looking for
• Deep hands-on experience with Dynamics GP and/or Dynamics 365 (BC, F&O, or CE) across multiple modules: Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, or Manufacturing
• Proven track record of full-cycle Dynamics implementations for SMBs or enterprises
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience writing functional specs, user stories, or BRDs for custom development
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex ERP processes simply
• Bonus: experience with Dynamics GP to D365 migration projects
