Zapygo is an energy-tech startup founded by IIT-Delhi alumni with past experience in Google & Goldman Sachs. We're a small, fast-moving team building impactful products in the fuel-tech space, transforming industrial operations by connecting fuel suppliers with businesses that need diesel delivered, stored, tracked, and managed seamlessly.

The Role

We are not looking for a generic "content writing intern" to write daily blogs or Instagram captions. We need a sharp Website Content Writer / Website Copywriting Intern who can take complex, technical, or founder-style ideas and distill them into clear, high-impact B2B website copy. Your primary mission is to create compelling, professional content for Zapygo’s core website pages (Homepage, About Us, Solutions, How It Works, FAQs, and CTAs).

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Translate Complexity: Convert deep founder inputs and technical business models into simple, sharp, customer-friendly language.
  
• Write Core Copy: Draft high-converting headlines, subheadlines, section copy, concise explanations, and call-to-action (CTA) text.
  
• Collaborate with Design: Work closely with our UI/UX design team to ensure the content and layout fit together seamlessly.
• Market Research: Analyze competitor websites and study industry-leading B2B website copy for inspiration and positioning.
• Smart AI Leverage: Use AI tools like ChatGPT effectively for brainstorming and structuring, while manually refining the final copy to keep it original and authentic.

Who You Are (Skills & Requirements)

• Clear Thinker & Writer: You possess exceptional English writing skills with an innate ability to simplify complex ideas.
  
• B2B Mindset: You have a strong interest (or experience) in tech, startups, B2B SaaS, logistics, or industrial sectors.
  
• UI/UX Conscious: You understand that website copy isn't an essay; you naturally write in scannable, bite-sized structures that complement layout design.
  
• No Fluff Policy: You hate generic, buzzword-heavy, or obviously AI-generated fluff.
  
• Plusses (Optional): Basic understanding of SEO, tech-writing experience, or exposure to brand messaging.
