Business Development Intern (Sales)

This is not a research and slides internship. You will be on the phone, reaching out to prospects, every day. Fewer conversations than our full time SDRs carry, but calling is still central to the role. If you are afraid of the phone, this is not your internship.

What you will actually do

Reach out to prospects over the phone to qualify them and open conversations
Research target accounts and build clean prospect lists
Support outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn
Help maintain CRM hygiene, reporting and campaign trackers
Sit in on client and sales calls, take notes and track follow ups
Own small operations tasks end to end and report on them

What you will learn

How B2B pipeline is actually built, from list to booked meeting
How to run outbound systems using Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, CRM and AI tooling
How client delivery and account management work behind the scenes
How to talk to senior people without freezing
