Head of Product & Engineering (Co-Founder)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Head of Product & Engineering / Founding Engineer to own the entire technical side of the only platform built exclusively for open houses. We’re approaching 1,000 agents on the platform with consistent organic growth.

This is a true Co-Founder role with significant equity and direct impact on the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Own frontend, backend, database, and overall platform architecture
  
• Improve and optimize the current website (performance, UX, scalability)
  
• Build new high-impact features (dashboards, alerts, agent tools, analytics, etc.)
  
• Define technical direction and roadmap as we scale
  
• Work closely with the Founder on product priorities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong full-stack experience (React / Next.js + Node.js preferred)
  
• Strong product mindset — you care about building tools that real estate agents actually love and use
  
• Ability to work independently and ship quickly
  
• Excited to be a true Co-Founder in the early days

Important Details

• US Citizens only (we are not able to sponsor visas at this time)
  
• Equity-only until funding — this is a high-upside Co-Founder role. We have no salary or draw available pre-funding.
  
• We are open to part-time or moonlighting arrangements initially, as long as consistent progress and deliverables are met.

Compensation

• Equity: 5% – 7% total (immediate grant + performance-based refreshes)
  
• Salary: $0 pre-funding → $110k – $160k post-seed
  
• Significant long-term upside through equity
