Technical Co-Founder (Mobile App + Backend)

Mirror Motivation is building a battery-powered display that mounts to any bathroom mirror and delivers personalized morning content — affirmations, scripture, mindset tools, and goal tracking — through a companion app. We're pre-launch: patent filed, brand built, business plan and financial model complete, and actively fundraising and sourcing manufacturers.

We're looking for a technical co-founder to build the software side of this business end-to-end: the mobile app (iOS/Android), backend and subscription infrastructure, and eventually an AI agent that personalizes each user's morning. None of this exists yet — this is a foundational build, not maintenance work.

This is an equity-only co-founder role, not a salaried position, at this stage. You'd be joining pre-funding, pre-launch, with real ground-floor ownership: 10-15% equity, negotiable based on scope and whether growth/marketing is also part of what you bring, standard 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff.

We value shipped personal projects more than years at a big company. A strong instinct for growth or marketing is a bonus, not a requirement."
