About the job
Company Description
BharatTender is India’s first dedicated marketplace focused on private B2B procurement, replacing fragmented vendor outreach with a structured digital tendering platform. Businesses can post RFQs, receive sealed competitive bids from pre-verified vendors, and rely on agentic AI to benchmark market prices in real time. Payments are held in escrow and released only after confirmed delivery, ensuring trust and minimizing risk for all parties. From tender creation through digital contract signing, every step is tracked, transparent, and secure. BharatTender gives private enterprises procurement infrastructure comparable to GeM, helping organizations build trust, save time, and drive growth.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Head of Enterprise Partnerships. The role involves owning the end-to-end partnerships strategy with large and mid-market enterprises, from prospecting and pipeline building to negotiation, contracting, and ongoing relationship management. The Head of Enterprise Partnerships will identify new partnership opportunities, architect joint value propositions, and collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to design and launch scalable partner programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading high-stakes conversations with C-level and senior stakeholders, analyzing partnership performance, refining go-to-market motions, and ensuring partner success and retention. The person in this role will also build and mentor a small partnerships team, establish processes and KPIs, and represent BharatTender at industry events, conferences, and customer forums.
