We’re seeking a Founding UI/UX Designer to help define the visual identity, user experience, and product design language of LEO from the ground up.
This is not a traditional design position.
This is an opportunity to become one of the earliest builders of a company with the potential to redefine how organizations operate.

Equity Ownership
Up to 2.0% Equity Ownership
Equity allocation will be determined based on:
- Experience level
- SaaS product design experience
- Startup experience
- Portfolio quality
- Expected contribution level
Vesting Schedule
- 4-year vesting
- 1-year cliff
- Monthly vesting thereafter
This structure ensures long-term alignment between the company and founding team.
Example:
A designer receiving 2% equity would vest:
- 0% before 12 months
- 0.5% at the 1-year cliff
- Remaining 1.5% vested monthly over the next 36 months

What You’ll Do
As Founding UI/UX Designer, you will own the entire design experience of LEO.
Product Design
- Design intuitive dashboards and workflows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Simplify complex operational data into easy-to-understand experiences
- Design role-specific experiences for executives, managers, and frontline employees
- Help define future mobile and web experiences
User Experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Improve workflow efficiency through thoughtful design
- Identify friction points and create elegant solutions
- Build experiences that feel intuitive even for non-technical users
Design Systems
- Create and maintain LEO’s design system
- Establish typography, spacing, component libraries, and visual standards
- Ensure consistency across the entire platform
- Work closely with engineering to maintain design quality during implementation
Brand & Identity
- Help evolve the LEO visual identity
- Contribute to website, investor materials, presentations, and marketing assets
- Ensure a cohesive and professional brand experience across all touchpoints
