Senior Sales Manager - Insurance Partnerships

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• You will be responsible for driving sales of VisionSure’s offerings through partner insurance companies and insurance intermediaries.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and insurance intermediaries such as brokers and corporate agents
• Serve as primary point of contact for our distribution partners (insurance intermediaries) and drive adoption of vision benefits for their customers
• Drive sales of the VisionSure wellness package through partnerships with Insurance companies and Insurance intermediaries
• Build new partnerships with insurance intermediaries
• Collaborate between insurer and insurance intermediaries to drive higher adoption of vision benefits
• Provide feedback for product development to create new and innovative vision care solutions
• Assist internal sales team in building stronger relationships with insurance companies

REQUIREMENT

• 5-8 years of experience across the insurance ecosystem- distributors/ intermediaries, insurtech, wellness, and digital channels—with proven exposure to driving sales through intermediaries
• Strong, existing network within insurance intermediaries is mandatory, with experience in health / wellness benefits a significant plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Willing to work as an individual contributor.
