We build software products for startups. Fast, clean, production-ready.
We need engineers who've already figured out how to use AI tools to build real things — not people who are excited about the idea of it.
The job
You take a product from idea to live. You own it. Architecture, code, deployment, client communication — all of it. You don't wait to be assigned pieces.
You use Cursor, Claude, and whatever else makes you faster and better. But you also know when the AI is wrong. You're the engineer. The tools work for you.
What we care about
You've shipped complete products before. Not features — products.
Your code is clean. Your architecture holds up when users actually show up. You can talk to a founder, understand what they really need, and build that instead of what they literally said.
You communicate in clear sentences. In Slack, in PRs, in client calls.
What we don't care about
Which companies you've worked at. Which frameworks you know. Whether you have a CS degree.
Show us something you built end to end. Tell us what broke. Tell us what you'd do differently.
