EngineerBabu is a profitable company; We were running an IT Agency and helped 100+ founders to build their products and get investment. We are a heart-driven company and not a mind-driven company, so anyone joining needs to be able to speak from your heart and connect with people.

And it’s no surprise: We haven’t really focused on numbers, We have been focusing on people. But this measurement can only get us so far, and we have a desire to go further. We lack in strategy. It’s time to change that. So, for the first time, we’re ready to hire someone to lead that charge and own that responsibility.

We have seen a lot of startups to grow from an idea to over $100MN in less than three years, and We were part of their success story. Now we wanted to do this for ourselves. We found some potential problems in the industry; we have solved them over the years.
