Founding Growth Operator (Remote)

You know how text has Claude/ChatGPT and images have Sora & Midjourney? Pretty much every kind of data now has its own AI. Except the one that runs almost every company on earth: the tables and spreadsheets sitting in every database. That's the one we built.

It already beats every tool out there, including the one SAP is paying over a billion euros to buy. Real companies pay us for it, and we built the whole thing in six months with no investors.

This is our first growth hire, so you'd be our entire growth team. No ad budget, no playbook to follow. The job is easy to say and hard to do: get developers and data scientists to find us and try the product. You'd show up where they hang out (Reddit, Hacker News, Discord, LinkedIn), make posts and short videos a technical crowd won't cringe at, and get creators and newsletters talking about us. You'd work straight with the founders.

You'd be a good fit if:

• You've made something take off online without spending a cent on reach
• You already live in AI tools, for video, writing, research, whatever
• You can hold your own with a technical crowd, or you'll get there fast
• You'd rather own the whole thing than wait to be told what to do

Pay is a base plus a bonus on every signup you bring in, about what part-time work pays someone in or just out of college. The bigger draw is being early. You'd be one of the first five people at a company that's clearly onto something, with more freedom and ownership than you'll find anywhere else this early. If it works, you were there at the start. If it doesn't, you've run growth at an AI startup and have the work to prove it.
