Community Partnership Outreach Coordinator (Remote | Commission Only)

Help connect communities with transformational personal development workshops through relationship-building and outreach.

This is a remote, commission-only independent contractor position focused on introducing educational workshops to schools, churches, libraries, wellness centers, community organizations, businesses, and other groups. You will use our proven outreach system, scripts, and training to build relationships and identify organizations interested in hosting workshops.

This is an outreach and coordination role—not a sales closing position. You will not be responsible for closing sales or teaching workshops.

About the Role

We're building a team of proactive Community Partnership Outreach Coordinators who enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities.

You'll identify potential organizations, initiate outreach using our provided scripts and templates, nurture conversations, and refer qualified opportunities through our structured process. Everything you need to succeed—including training, messaging, and workflows—is provided.

Responsibilities

• Research schools, churches, libraries, wellness centers, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations.
• Initiate outreach through email and phone using provided scripts and templates.
• Introduce workshop partnership opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with prospective organizations.
• Follow up consistently with interested contacts.
• Track outreach activities and referrals using our simple system.
• Follow a proven outreach process and submit qualified opportunities.

• A coaching or teaching role.

• A management or executive leadership role.
• A salaried or hourly position.
• A passive income or "easy money" opportunity.

Compensation

Commission-Only Independent Contractor

• Earn $100 for every student who enrolls through your referrals.
• No hourly pay.
• No base salary.
• No cap on earning potential.
• Your income is based on your consistency, initiative, and results.
