Field Sales - City Head (Delhi NCR)

1.B2B Sales Ownership: Full ownership of revenue targets and pipeline health

2.Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard institutional clients across hospitality, education, real estate, and manufacturing sectors

3.Sales Visits : Executing daily field visits to go meet with the respective Security or Facilities Manager of the target sites each day

4.Sales Strategy Execution: Run on-site product demos, negotiate deals, and collaborate with leadership on growth planning

5.Key Account Management: Drive renewals, upsells, and multi-site expansions with major accounts

6.Pipeline Development: Build a strong prospect funnel through proactive field outreach, networking, and market mapping

7.Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain CRM hygiene and report progress against monthly and quarterly targets

CANDIDATE PROFILES WE’D LIKE TO TALK TO

Good Fit: If you already do field sales in the last 1 year

Great Fit: If you already sold to apartments / hotels / education institutions / manufacturing in the last 1 year.

Not a Fit: If you do not understand software sales / do not have field sales experience

Preferred Industries: ex-myGate/Nobroker or similar; ex-AdOnMo or similar.

Must Haves
1-4 Years Experience in Field Sales
You have a good track of Negotiation and persuasion skills
You have fluency in English. Hindi is an added advantage
You know your way through Internet usage and finding details
You have a Vehicle + Driving License
