Growth & Marketing Associate — Founder’s Office (Clone)

NovaRyd is building a low-cost, electric auto-rickshaw ride-hailing service in Mumbai. We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Growth Executive to work directly with the founder during our launch phase.

This is a full-time, entry-level role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to marketing, content, local launch campaigns, customer feedback and startup growth execution.

This is not a narrow social media posting role. You will help with content ideas, Instagram and LinkedIn posts, local marketing, customer feedback, creator coordination, basic campaign tracking and day-to-day launch support.

Compensation: ₹15,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the founder on NovaRyd’s launch and marketing execution
• Help create ideas for Instagram reels, LinkedIn posts, local campaigns and customer-facing content
• Write captions, short scripts, WhatsApp messages and basic marketing copy
• Support content planning across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Help coordinate with creators, designers, video editors, vendors or local partners
• Collect customer feedback and turn insights into content or campaign ideas
• Support local marketing activities across Mumbai during the launch phase
• Track content output, leads, campaign performance and growth experiments
• Maintain simple trackers, content calendars and follow-up lists
• Support broader founder’s office tasks when required

Requirements:

• Fresher or early-career candidate with 0–3 years of experience
• Strong written English
• Comfortable speaking in Hindi for customer, vendor or local coordination
• Based in Mumbai or able to commute regularly
• Interested in startups, marketing, content, mobility, EVs or consumer brands
• Comfortable using Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Canva
• Organised, reliable and able to follow up without constant chasing
• Comfortable with both marketing work and occasional on-ground launch support
• Willing to learn quickly and take ownership in an early-stage startup environment

Nice to have:

• Experience creating reels, short-form content or social media posts
• Basic Canva, video editing, design or creator coordination skills
• Previous college project, freelance work, personal page or small brand work related to content or marketing
• Marathi communication skills are a bonus
• Ability to share examples of previous content, writing, campaigns or creative work
