We work across high-growth verticals, including D2C brands, marketplaces, and BFSI - and we're building a content team that matches the quality standard of our product sets.

The Role

We are hiring a Content Writer to join our in-house content team and produce high-quality, long-form editorial content for our BFSI-segment clients. You will be writing primarily for audiences in banking, financial services, insurance, and adjacent fintech categories, think crypto exchanges, and Trading Platform companies.

This is not a role for someone looking to coast. Daily output is tracked, quality is non-negotiable, and you will be expected to produce content that performs, in search rankings, engagement metrics, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Writing long-form blog articles (typically 1,500 - 2,500 words) for BFSI and fintech clients, covering topics like personal finance, digital banking, insurance, lending, mutual funds, crypto, and regulatory trends
• Producing content that is SEO-optimized from the ground up - on-page structure, meta descriptions, internal linking, and readability are all part of your job, not an afterthought
• Conducting independent research to ensure every piece is factually accurate, current, and credible, especially important given the regulatory sensitivity of financial content
• Working closely with our content strategists and SEO team to align each article with a defined search intent and content brief
• Adhering to editorial timelines and daily delivery targets without compromising on accuracy or depth
• Iterating based on performance data - articles that underperform will be revisited, and you'll be expected to learn from the feedback loop

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• 1–2 years of demonstrable content writing experience, with a strong portfolio of long-form articles (please include links or attachments with your application)
• Excellent written English - clear, structured, and free of vague filler
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals (keyword placement, heading hierarchy, search intent mapping, meta copy)
• Ability to research unfamiliar financial topics independently and write with authority, without fabricating information
• Zero tolerance for AI copy-pasting or plagiarism - all content submitted must be original, verifiable, and written by you
• Comfortable with daily delivery cadence and performance reviews

Good to Have:

• Prior writing experience in BFSI, fintech, crypto, or adjacent financial services categories
• Exposure to writing for B2C audiences or SaaS companies
• Understanding of Indian financial regulations (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI frameworks) at a conceptual level

What This Role Is Not

• This is not a remote. You must be based in Bengaluru and available to come into the office when required (Hybrid Model). Applications from other cities will not be considered unless the candidate is already in the process of relocating.
• This is not a content mill job. Quantity without quality will not be rewarded. We measure both.
• This is not a role where AI writes, and you edit. Your voice, your research, your words.
