About the Role

We are a fast-growing startup on a mission to transform education, and we are looking for a creative, proactive Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about creating impactful visual content. You will play a key role in shaping how our brand communicates and connects with users across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Graphics Creation

Design engaging and informative visuals, including infographics, illustrations, and educational assets.
Collaborate with the content team to present complex ideas in a clear and visually appealing manner.

Marketing Design

Create high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
Develop marketing collateral such as banners, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.

Video Editing

Shoot, edit, and produce videos for tutorials, social media, advertisements, and campaigns.
Enhance content using motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
Optimize video content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Product & UI Design

Support the design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the platform.
Create icons, buttons, and other visual elements to enhance user experience.

Brand Development

Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and communication channels.
Contribute to evolving and strengthening the brand’s visual identity.

Collaboration & Ownership

Work closely with founders, marketing, content, and development teams.
Take ownership of projects from concept to execution and iteration.
Present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Working knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
A strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Interest in digital content, social media, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
0–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or similar roles.
Internships, freelance work, and personal projects are considered valuable experience.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
