Operating in 45+ languages, we serve mid-market and enterprise clients from our base in DIFC, Dubai.

We're a small founding team. That means you'll do real work from week one — not shadow, not observe, not make decks about things. You'll reach out to real people, demo a real product, and create content that actually goes live.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to prospects on LinkedIn and via email (warm and cold outreach)
• Learn the Eshal AI platform and demonstrate it to potential customers
• Support customers and ensure they feel heard, helped, and valued
• Create short-form content including posts, videos, and product walkthroughs using AI tools
• Support founders in sales conversations and follow-ups
• Gather customer feedback, objections, and market insights
• Help improve messaging, outreach, and conversion strategies

You're articulate and confident on calls, messages, and meetings. You communicate clearly and build trust naturally.

You're comfortable reaching out to people you don't know

LinkedIn messages, cold emails, and follow-ups don't intimidate you. You take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do.

AI is already part of your daily workflow

You regularly use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms and understand how to use them productively.

• Fresh graduate or early-career professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Curious, self-motivated, and resourceful
• Comfortable learning new technology quickly
• Interested in AI, SaaS, sales, marketing, or startups
• Willing to take ownership and move fast
