Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Unity 3D Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing high-performance 3D applications, games, simulations, and AR/VR solutions using Unity. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Unity architecture, C#, optimization techniques, and team collaboration, with the ability to lead development initiatives from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex 3D applications, games, simulations, and immersive experiences using Unity.
• Lead the technical architecture and development of Unity-based projects.
• Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable code using C# and Unity best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Artists, QA, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, rendering, and asset management across platforms.
• Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, analytics tools, payment gateways, and backend services.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across the application lifecycle.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical decision-making.
• Ensure applications meet quality, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Game Development, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in Unity 3D development.
• Strong expertise in C# programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Deep understanding of Unity Engine, including rendering pipelines, animation systems, physics, UI, and asset management.
• Experience developing applications for Android, iOS, Windows, WebGL, or console platforms.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, cloud services, and third-party SDKs.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent debugging, profiling, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AR/VR/MR development using AR Foundation, ARKit, ARCore, Meta Quest, Oculus, or HTC Vive.
• Hands-on experience with multiplayer networking frameworks such as Photon, Mirror, or Unity Netcode.
• Knowledge of shader development, graphics programming, and URP/HDRP pipelines.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Firebase, or PlayFab.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation tools such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Prior experience leading teams or mentoring developers.
