Location- PAN India

Experience Required- 7–12 Years

(Minimum 3+ years in Snowflake Solution Architecture, Technical Lead, or Architect roles)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Architect to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of enterprise-scale Snowflake environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data warehousing, Snowflake architecture, security, performance tuning, and cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Define end-to-end Snowflake architecture including databases, schemas, warehouses, security, and integrations.
• Design scalable and high-performance data solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.

Data Engineering & Optimization

• Drive performance optimization and cost management through warehouse sizing, workload isolation, and query tuning.
• Design and implement batch and near real-time data pipelines.
• Utilize Snowflake Streams, Tasks, and Dynamic Tables for efficient data processing.

Security & Governance

• Implement Snowflake RBAC model including roles, privileges, and role hierarchy.
• Design and manage Row-Level Security using Row Access Policies.
• Implement Dynamic Data Masking and governance controls.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and design discussions.
• Mentor developers and data engineers on Snowflake best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.

Mandatory Qualifications

• SnowPro Core Certification
• SnowPro Advanced Certification (preferred)
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Snowflake implementations
• Experience leading architecture and solution design initiatives

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience with modern ETL/ELT tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
