Bluety is a California based cruelty free beauty brand focused on confidence, community, and creating products that make people feel like themselves, just a little shinier. We’ve grown entirely through word of mouth, community support, and authentic content. No ads. No scripted influencer campaigns. Just real people who genuinely love the brand.

We’re currently building Bluety FM - our livestream shopping and community experience on TikTok Live. Think cozy FaceTime energy, getting ready with friends, fun conversations, beauty chats, product demos, and late night hangout vibes.

**About the Role

We’re looking for outgoing, reliable, camera comfortable personalities to become Bluety FM Hosts.**

As a Bluety FM Host, you’ll go live on TikTok to help create a fun, welcoming, and community driven experience for viewers. This role is less about “hard selling” and more about creating an entertaining atmosphere where people genuinely want to stay, chat, hang out, and discover products naturally.

Think FaceTime energy, late night girl talk, GRWM sessions, beauty chats, product demos, trending conversations, and community interaction.

Host TikTok Live sessions for Bluety FM

• Interact naturally with livestream viewers and answer live chat questions
• Showcase and talk about Bluety products in an authentic and engaging way
• Help create a cozy, positive, entertaining livestream atmosphere
• Keep viewers engaged through conversation, energy, humor, and personality
• Participate in livestream planning, launches, and occasional content shoots
• Stay up to date on TikTok trends, livestream culture, and social media trends
• Represent Bluety professionally both on and off camera
• Arrive prepared, reliable, and on time for scheduled live sessions

Qualifications

• Quick thinkers who can naturally interact live
• Comfortable speaking live on camera for extended periods of time
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive energy and confident personality
• Ability to multitask while interacting with live viewers
• Familiarity with TikTok, livestreams, and social media culture preferred
• Beauty, retail, customer service, or content creation experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, mature, professional, and self motivated

We do not use scripts during our livestreams. We want hosts who can naturally connect with people and help build genuine community.

Pilot Program

This role will begin as a 2-3 month paid pilot program with opportunities to grow into longer term part time or full time positions as Bluety FM expands.
