Cold Caller / Appointment Setter: Responsible for proactively contacting Amazon sellers and e-commerce business owners, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales team to drive new business opportunities.

We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads and book meetings with Amazon sellers and e-commerce business owners. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, has excellent communication skills, and is driven by achieving outreach and appointment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to Amazon sellers, brand owners, and e-commerce businesses.
• Introduce Aadamo Labs' services and identify potential client needs.
• Qualify prospects based on established criteria.
• Schedule discovery calls and strategy meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn when necessary.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and conversion rates.
• Research and identify potential leads from various sources.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.
• Strong English verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling objections and speaking with business owners.
