Skyfeel Developments is currently seeking experienced Call Centre Professionals with strong communication skills and a professional approach to client interactions. Individuals with backgrounds in call centres, lead generation, appointment setting, sales support, telemarketing, collections, customer engagement, or business development are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Follow up with prospective clients and business contacts
• Generate and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Maintain accurate records and call logs
• Conduct follow-ups and relationship management activities
• Support ongoing business development initiatives

Requirements

• Previous call centre experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups
• Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude
• Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales support is an asset

Preferred Languages

English required. Additional languages such as Mandarin, Persian, Arabic, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, or other languages are considered strong assets due to our diverse client base.
