Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Photographer & Visual Content Associate to own the visual quality of homes listed on Helium. This role involves travelling across Bangalore to conduct professional property shoots, capturing homes in a way that highlights space, lighting, interiors, and overall rental appeal. You will be responsible for end-to-end visual execution from photography and basic styling to editing. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands real estate or interior photography, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with AI based editing tools and visual enhancement workflows is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional photoshoots for newly onboarded homes across Bangalore.
• Capture high quality interior and exterior photographs that showcase the property effectively.
• Identify the best angles, lighting, framing, and compositions to enhance the visual appeal of homes.
• Edit and retouch images for platform readiness while maintaining visual consistency and quality standards.
• Use AI based tools and editing software to enhance images when required.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule and execute shoots smoothly.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited photographs and visual assets.
• Contribute towards improving Helium’s visual brand identity across listings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of professional photography experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interior, architectural, real estate, or lifestyle photography.
• Proficiency in photo editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Familiarity with AI-based editing and enhancement tools is preferred.
• Must own a professional camera and required photography accessories.
• Comfortable travelling regularly across Bangalore for property shoots.
• Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
