Responsibilities :

Project Coordination & Planning:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.

Scrum Facilitation:

• Assist teams in adopting Scrum practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth collaboration.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a bridge between project teams and leadership.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.

• Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Scrum principles.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).

• Proficiency in project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
