Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and growth-oriented individual to help expand MedIX through sales, marketing, partnerships, business development, and strategic growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, solving business problems, and contributing ideas in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and approach potential suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers.
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships.
• Assist in onboarding suppliers onto the MedIX platform.
• Partnerships & Relationship Management
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions, and suppliers.
• Attend meetings and presentations with potential partners.
• Support strategic partnerships that contribute to company growth.

Marketing & Growth

• Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Assist with brand awareness and visibility efforts.
• Help identify new opportunities to increase platform adoption.

Research & Analytics

• Analyze market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and supplier performance.
• Provide recommendations based on data and business insights.
• Support the development of growth strategies using analytics.
• Strategy & Operations
• Participate in discussions related to expansion, partnerships, and business growth.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, supplier engagement, and customer acquisition.
