About Zynnex

Zynnex is building AI voice infrastructure for BFSI institutions.

We are creating:

• In-app Voice AI Relationship Managers for KYC, loan, credit card, and insurance onboarding
• Voice AI Agents for debt collection and borrower engagement
• Real-time conversational systems that combine voice, context, workflows, and enterprise integrations

Our mission is to make financial onboarding as simple as talking to a relationship manager while helping financial institutions improve customer experience, completion rates, and operational efficiency.

We are currently working with leading financial institutions and asset management companies on enterprise deployments and POCs.

About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to work directly with the founders and help build the core technology behind Zynnex.

This is not a maintenance role.

You will help design, build, and scale systems that power:

• Voice AI infrastructure
• Real-time conversational workflows
• BFSI onboarding systems
• Telephony infrastructure
• Enterprise integrations
• AI orchestration layers

You will have significant ownership over architecture, product decisions, and technical direction.

What You'll Work On

• Build backend services and APIs
• Design scalable microservices
• Develop AI workflow orchestration systems
• Build integrations with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurers
• Improve reliability, observability, and infrastructure
• Work on real-time voice systems
• Build features from concept to production

Ideal Candidate

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with Python and/or Node.js
• Experience building production systems
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership with minimal supervision
• Interest in AI, voice technology, fintech, or infrastructure

Compensation

We offer a combination of cash compensation and meaningful ESOPs for the right candidate.
