Consumer health testing is a booming category, and consumers are increasingly taking ownership of their health. Fitnescity Health is looking for a highly motivated, energetic software engineer to help shape the future of consumer health testing.

You will join a small(-ish) team in an early-stage environment as the company scales quickly over the next few months and years.

At Fitnescity Health, we make health and wellness testing accessible to everyone. We have built the largest network for consumer health tests. Fitnescity Health partners with leading hospitals, imaging centers, and local clinics nationwide to offer consumer-facing tests for weight loss, longevity, and preventive health.

Responsibilities

Help major digital health companies access and deliver imaging tests like DEXA across 50 states.
Develop new features for our customer and partner applications.
Implement and fully own new development projects.
Take part in planning our short-term and long-term technology roadmap.

Requirements

Startup engineering experience.
Experience building full-stack features or products end-to-end.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently.
Excellent product mindset.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and database management systems.
Desire to work on something that will impact lives.
Ability to absorb feedback and iterate fast.

Nice-To-Haves

Understanding of HIPAA.
Understanding of the Health & Wellness space.
