Role Summary
A strategic Data Scientist to drive data-informed investment and development decisions across Tishman Resi s multifamily and mixed-use portfolio. This role will leverage advanced analytics to identify high-growth markets, understand renter behavior, and optimize asset performance.
Key Impact Areas
- Market Intelligence: Analyze demographic, economic, and migration trends to identify attractive submarkets and inform capital deployment.
- Tenant Insights: Model tenant spend patterns, preferences, and price sensitivity to guide product design and positioning.
- Investment Strategy: Support acquisitions and development with predictive analytics and data-driven underwriting inputs.
- Portfolio Optimization: Improve occupancy, rent growth, and retention through advanced pricing and segmentation models.
