We are building consumer internet products focused on realtime interaction, engagement, and scalable digital experiences. Our first product, Feelin’s, is a realtime social communication platform enabling meaningful human connections through live audio and video interactions.

Beyond Feelin’s, we are actively building and exploring additional consumer products across multiple categories, including e-commerce with a strong focus on scalable technology, high-performance mobile experiences, and long-term platform thinking.

What You’ll Actually Do
This is a 70% coding, 30% leadership role. No spreadsheet managers here, we need a hands-on technical powerhouse. Code high-performance mobile experiences and rock-solid backend systems that won't blink under heavy user traffic.

Make the big architectural calls, smash technical debt, and keep our infrastructure fast and cost-effective.

Mentor a tight, talented team of junior/mid-level devs, run sharp code reviews, and turn product wild ideas into execution-ready tasks.

Balance speed with quality. You’ll be the gatekeeper of high engineering standards and production stability.

What are we looking for
Minimum 4+ years or an equivalent experience of shipping real-world products, ideally in a fast-paced startup. You’ve mentored devs before and know how to rally a team.

Good with Flutter (preferred) and backend systems. You know your way around real-time systems (WebSockets, WebRTC/Agora, streaming) and caching strategies (Redis).

Massive ownership energy. You don't wait for permission; you find problems and fix them. You thrive in ambiguity and love the early-to-scale journey.

Bonus Points for:
Having built social, gaming, or live interaction apps before or deep experience building high-traffic e-commerce or quick commerce apps
Knowing production monitoring and incident handling inside out (because live apps never sleep).
