Full Stack Engineer (Node.js + Flutter)

We are building consumer internet products focused on real-time interaction, engagement, and scalable digital experiences. Our first product, Feelin’s, is a real-time social communication platform enabling meaningful human connections through live audio and video interactions.

Beyond Feelin’s, we are actively building and exploring additional consumer products across multiple categories, including e-commerce, with a strong focus on scalable technology, high-performance mobile experiences, and long-term platform thinking.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Build and maintain end-to-end product features, working across backend services, APIs, and Flutter mobile applications.
• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend services and APIs that power real-time interactions and e-commerce workflows.
• Develop and maintain high-performance Flutter mobile applications with clean architecture, reusable components, and smooth user experiences.
• Integrate Flutter applications with REST/WebSocket APIs, Firebase services, and other backend systems.
• Write efficient PostgreSQL queries and implement smart Redis caching strategies to keep latency low and system throughput high.
• Build and optimize real-time features using WebSockets and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate on managing cloud infrastructure on GCP, ensuring our services remain cost-effective, robust, and highly available.
• Work closely with product stakeholders and other engineers to break down feature requirements into solid, clean, end-to-end implementations.
• Debug issues across the mobile and backend stack and take ownership of features from development through production.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code while participating in constructive code reviews to continuously improve the overall engineering standard.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of professional software development experience, ideally within a fast-paced product startup environment.
• Mandatory: Hands-on mobile application development experience.
• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart, including building, integrating, debugging, and shipping production mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript). You know how to structure an application, handle asynchronous flows, and design robust REST or WebSocket APIs.
• Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis. You understand indexing, query optimization, caching strategies, and data consistency.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with backend APIs and handling authentication, real-time communication, push notifications, and asynchronous workflows.
• Comfortable working across the stack and taking complete ownership of features from mobile UI → API → database → production.
• You take complete accountability for your code from development to production. You don’t just write code; you ensure it works seamlessly at scale.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving product environment.

Bonus Points For

• GoLang: Hands-on experience or a strong willingness to learn and ship production code in Go.
• Prior experience building e-commerce or quick-commerce products, including checkout systems, inventory management, payment gateway integrations, or order processing pipelines.
• Experience dealing with WebSockets, real-time systems, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Firebase, including push notifications, authentication, analytics, or other Firebase services.
• Experience with GCP and production cloud infrastructure.
• Experience optimizing Flutter applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Experience working on consumer-facing applications with high user engagement or real-time interactions.
