Position: Call Center Representative

Job Type: Contract | Part-time | Flexible Hours
Pay: $11 – $20 per hour
About the Role
LuxeLync is a call center agency that hires representatives who work directly with our partnered, contract-bound companies. Representatives are first assigned to a LuxeLync team and then select a contract they wish to work under as a call center representative. Training is conducted by the contracted company and may include paid training. Upon successful completion of training, representatives receive certification and transition to full compensation.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally
Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
Meet performance and quality targets
Manage your own flexible work schedule (minimum required hours apply)

Requirements:
Strong communication and active listening skills
Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, CRM systems)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
Computer & Equipment Requirements
To ensure smooth, compliant remote operations, please make sure your setup meets these core requirements:
Operating System
Windows 10 or Windows 11 (fully updated)
Mac systems are not supported unless running Windows via Boot Camp or virtualization (note: many programs do not support Boot Camp setups)
Hardware & Connection
At least 60GB total hard drive with 20GB free space minimum
Hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (WiFi-only setups not allowed)
Monitors / Workspace
Primary monitor resolution: minimum 1280×1024 (Full HD 1920×1080 recommended)
Dual monitors preferred for multitasking efficiency
Accessories / Environment
USB headset with microphone
Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a door (home office recommended)
Updated security software (Windows Defender or equivalent)
