Role Overview (Provide Portfolio Link)
We’re looking for a Video Editor/ Motion Graphics Designer who can make technical ideas feel effortless and exciting. Someone who can translate complex AI and testing concepts into visuals that connect, whether it’s on our website, social campaigns, or videos.
This is not a product-UI role. You’ll work directly with the marketing and founding team to define how the world experiences Quash through motion, storytelling, and design that makes people stop scrolling.
If you have a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of visual rhythm, and a knack for storytelling through design, this role is for you.
We are looking for immediate joiner.

Video & Motion Design
Create motion graphics, explainers, and teaser videos that tell Quash’s story.
Edit and produce short-form content for social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Use timing, rhythm, and type to make technical topics feel approachable.
Build reusable motion systems, templates, and brand animations.
Brand & Social Media
Create Linkedin ads, and campaign visuals that reflect Quash’s tone — sharp, clean, and intelligent.
Maintain visual consistency and creative intent across all touchpoints.
Work closely with the growth and content teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
Help evolve Quash’s design language as the brand scales.

Skills & Qualifications
Proficient in After Effects.
Strong grasp of layout, motion rhythm, and design composition.
Experience working with tech, SaaS, or startup brands preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, you’ll be working directly with founders.
Bonus: Familiarity with Photoshop, FIgma, Webflow, or generative design tools (Runway, Recraft, etc.).
