Role Overview

We are looking for a Process Optimization Analyst with strong expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational improvement. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing optimized workflows using Visio and related tools.

Experience Required

3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current business processes
• Create process maps, workflows, and documentation using Visio
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Recommend workflow optimization and automation strategies
• Support digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Maintain process documentation and ensure process consistency

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Process Mapping and Workflow Optimization
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Visio
• Experience in business process analysis and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Understanding of workflow automation concepts

Good to Have

• Experience with Monday.com, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies
• Experience in process improvement projects
