About Reflex
Reflex is the operating system for building mission-critical enterprise applications.
Today's enterprise stack is fragmented. Shipping an app requires stitching together multiple tools and coordinating across multiple roles. Reflex replaces that complexity with a single, unified platform to build, deploy, and manage production applications end-to-end.
We empower teams to own the entire lifecycle of their apps — from idea to production — without needing specialized infrastructure, DevOps, or platform teams. We do this by providing solid, reusable abstractions at both the framework and infrastructure layers. Because we own the underlying open-source framework and the platform it runs on, we can manage the full lifecycle of the application seamlessly.
With Reflex, teams securely connect to company data, use AI to build standardized applications on top of our open-source framework, and deploy with a single click to share across their organization.
We're replacing the fragmented enterprise stack — and the organizational bottlenecks that come with it.
Why join Reflex now?
Growth: Reflex has powered over 1 million applications, earned 28,000+ GitHub stars, and is used by 30% of Fortune 500 companies for internal tools and data-driven applications.
Team: Work with people who are genuinely passionate about improving the web. Our founding team consists of open source maintainers, top-ranked competitive programmers/IOI medalists, and founding team members from dev tool unicorns.
Future: We are growing extremely quickly and just raised another round of funding.
About the role
GTM Engineering at Reflex sits at the intersection of go-to-market and software engineering. You will own the systems, signals, and automation that turn our 1M+ apps and 28k+ stars of inbound interest into qualified pipeline and revenue. This is a builder role — if you've ever looked at a sales workflow and thought "this should be a script, not a meeting," you'll feel at home.
You will:
- Design and build pipelines that ingest product, billing, GitHub, and community signals, then route the right accounts and people to the right rep at the right time
- Stand up and own the GTM data stack — CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), warehouse, enrichment (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo), and outbound tooling — and keep it boringly reliable
- Build internal tools on Reflex itself — yes, we dogfood — for lead scoring, account research, territory planning, and rep workflows
- Wire LLMs into the GTM motion: automated account research, personalized outreach, call summarization, intent classification, and inbound triage
- Partner directly with founders, AEs, and marketing to instrument experiments, measure what worked, and ship the winners into production
- Own GTM analytics end-to-end — define the metrics, build the dashboards, and surface the insights that drive weekly forecasting and quarterly planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in a GTM Engineering, RevOps, Growth Engineering, or Sales/Marketing Engineering role
- Strong SQL and working Python — you can ship a script, query a warehouse, and call an API without help
- Deep hands-on experience with at least one CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and modern outbound tooling (Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or similar)
- Comfortable wiring up APIs, webhooks, and ETL between SaaS tools — Zapier/n8n/Workato when it fits, code when it doesn't
- Experience integrating LLMs into real workflows (account research, enrichment, classification, summarization) — not just prompting in a chat window
- Demonstrated ownership of a GTM system or motion you built from scratch — bring receipts (a pipeline, an automation, a dashboard, an experiment) you can walk us through
- Bias toward shipping; comfortable working directly with founders, AEs, and engineering without a layer of PMs in between
- Bonus: experience selling to or building for developers, open-source go-to-market, PLG motions, or prior time at a dev tools / infrastructure company
Technology
Reflex, HubSpot / Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake / BigQuery, Python, dbt, AWS, OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
