• Design, implement, test, review, and release maintainable software. Explain technical tradeoffs and document interfaces and operational behavior.
• Build and operate hosting, deployment systems, monitoring, and recovery tooling. Improve reliability, capacity, infrastructure security, and cost, including on-premises platform deployments where applicable.

• Execute against our established ICP, turning priority use cases into targeted campaigns, clear messaging, and effective channels.
• Test promising adjacent verticals where our existing solutions could solve similar problems. Use customer interviews and small, targeted campaigns to validate demand, and recommend expansion based on qualified opportunities and delivery fit.

• Own outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn, from account selection through qualified meetings.
• Research enterprise accounts, identify relevant business, operations, IT, and data leaders, and tailor outreach to their priorities.
