Position Title: Manager, Graphic Design
Location: US-Remote
About the role
The Manager, Graphic Design is a player‑coach role responsible for setting the bar for graphic design craft while actively contributing hands‑on work across key initiatives. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role oversees a small team of graphic designers and is accountable for quality, consistency, and execution across all visual design outputs supporting our internal stakeholder teams (marketing, sales, product) within a three‑sided marketplace spanning consumers, creators, and brands.
How you will make an impact
- Own and evolve the graphic design vision across projects (including campaigns, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and events), ensuring work is on-brand, high-quality, and strategically sound
- Set and uphold clear quality standards, design principles, and best practices; provide thoughtful, actionable feedback that raises the bar
- Partner with the Creative Director to translate brand and business goals into compelling visual systems and executions
- Lead by example through hands-on design contributions across major initiatives and high-impact creative needs
- Directly manage and mentor the Graphic Design Team, supporting growth through regular feedback, coaching, and development planning
- Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Creative Operations, and Marketing partners to deliver integrated creative solutions
- Lead creative reviews and stakeholder presentations, clearly articulating design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations
- Partner with Creative Operations Manager and Creative Director to scope work, manage priorities, and improve workflows that support scale and efficiency
- Stay at the forefront of emerging AI and creative technology trends, championing tools and workflows that elevate design quality, speed, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization
What you will bring to LTK
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or brand design, with at least 3+ years in a people‑management role
- A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, craft, and storytelling across digital, social, and brand experiences
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. Some experience with HTML5 and/or CSS is a plus
- Exceptional visual design fundamentals with a refined eye for typography, layout, color, and brand systemsStrong understanding of creative best practices and digital creative development
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience partnering with marketing teams across campaigns, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and events
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence through clear rationale, collaboration, and diplomacy
- Passionate about developing and mentoring design talent
