What You’ll Do

• Reach out to potential customers via calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Book demos for the sales team
• Understand customer pain points and communicate Pactle’s value clearly
• Maintain CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
• Work closely with founders and the GTM team

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years experience in B2B SaaS / SMB sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation
• High ownership mindset and execution speed
• Startup mindset - fast learner, adaptable, proactive
