Implementation & Product Specialist

Pactle is building software to transform how manufacturers and distributors manage their sales workflows, and we’re looking for driven, problem-solving Implementation & Product Specialists to join us as we scale.

If you enjoy working directly with customers, understanding complex business processes, and turning them into practical product workflows — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers to understand their business processes and requirements
• Visit customer offices and map existing workflows into Pactle
• Configure quotations, PIs, workflows, approvals, roles, notifications, and more
• Own implementations from first meeting to configuration, training, and go-live
• Train customer teams and drive product adoption
• Translate customer conversations into clear product requirements
• Identify recurring customer problems and contribute to product improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in implementation, business analysis, consulting, customer success, SaaS, ERP/CRM, or similar roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand complex business processes quickly
• Strong product sense, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• High ownership and execution mindset
• Comfortable travelling to customer offices

• Zoho / Odoo / Tally
• Salesforce / HubSpot
• ERP or CRM implementation
• Manufacturing or distribution businesses
• Similar B2B SaaS or workflow products
