BalletSports is the AI operating system for movement studios. We're looking for our technical co-founder — not a hire, a partner.

About us

Founded by a Vaganova-trained pedagogue who built and ran twelve ballet schools in Germany over 15 years. Self-funded to our first paying B2B contract, live since October 2025. Pre-seed round in motion. The product: a licensed system combining branded curriculum, voice-AI in-class runtime, and immersive environment, sold as one integrated deployment to studio operators.

What you'd own

End-to-end technical direction of the company
Voice-AI in-class runtime — Whisper or Deepgram for speech, semantic retrieval over our tagged curriculum library
Year 2: Computer vision for movement correction, trained on our proprietary 12-year curriculum dataset (filmed, pose-tagged)
Architecture, engineering hiring, technical decisions
A real co-founder seat — not a CTO under a CEO

What we're looking for

4+ years shipping production AI (voice, retrieval, or computer vision)
Comfortable being employee #1 in an early-stage company
Ownership mindset — you make architectural decisions, recruit the team, and ship when things break at 2am
Honest, direct communication. We don't sugarcoat.
Ideally based in DACH, Iberia, or remote within ±3h CET
