We're not pre-revenue and this isn't an idea on a napkin.

I've operated fitness & dance studios for years (up to 12 locations). Out of that, we built a "Business-in-a-Box": an operating system we sell to studios — branding, websites, marketing, AI voice & chat support, CRM automation, lead generation. It's live, it's generating revenue, and it runs on top of existing tooling (e.g. Push Press) rather than a from-scratch stack.

Now we're scaling it from one location to many — bootstrapped, no outside investment.
