Role Overview
We are looking for an innovative and hands-on Agentic AI Engineer (Dev/QA) to help design and build intelligent AI systems capable of reasoning, decision-making, and autonomous task execution.
This role involves working with Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, APIs, automation systems, and backend services to create practical AI-driven workflows and agents.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, development experience, and an interest in building scalable AI products from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop agentic AI workflows and autonomous systems
Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, tools, and external systems
Build AI agents capable of task execution, reasoning, and workflow automation
Develop and test AI-driven applications for reliability, scalability, and accuracy
Work with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar tools
Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to validate AI behavior and performance
Improve prompt engineering, response quality, and system efficiency
Debug, monitor, and optimize AI workflows and backend integrations
Contribute to automation and testing strategies for AI systems

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in software development, AI engineering, automation, or related fields
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript
Experience working with APIs, backend systems, and automation workflows
Understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and workflow automation
Familiarity with databases, REST APIs, and cloud-based systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have
Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures
Knowledge of AI evaluation/testing frameworks
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
Exposure to AI agents, multi-agent systems, or autonomous workflows
Experience in QA automation or testing AI systems
