AEO Associate (Reddit + Content)

What we're building

Inner Labs helps brands show up better when people ask AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) for recommendations. For many of our clients, we run the actual execution. Content, community, distribution. Not just the dashboard. That's where you come in.

What you'll actually do

• You'll own the execution side of 4 to 8 client accounts. Day to day, that means:
• Running Reddit, Quora, and other UGC presence for clients. Picking the right threads, writing in a way that feels native to the platform, building credibility over time.
• Writing and commissioning content (blog posts, comparison pages, founder POVs, listicles) designed specifically to be cited by LLMs, not to rank on Google.
• Reading the dashboard outputs (visibility gaps, sentiment shifts, competitor moves) and turning them into a weekly action plan per client.
• Reporting back to clients in a way that makes them look smart in front of their CEO.
• Running small experiments constantly. AI answers shift weekly. We don't run campaigns, we run iterations.

Who we're looking for

You probably:

• Spend a lot of time on Reddit, Quora, or LinkedIn. Not because it's your job, but because that's how you exist online.
• Can write naturally in different voices. A Reddit comment, a LinkedIn post, and a polished blog intro should all feel native to you.
• Have played with ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity past the surface. You've noticed how they cite sources, how they recommend things, how they get things wrong.
• Are 0 to 2 years out of college (or still in it, with a clear plan to go full-time soon).
• Are okay with work that lives in nuanced territory: community seeding, narrative shaping, influence at the edges. You should be thoughtful about it without being precious.

We don't care about:

• Where you went to school.
• Whether you've done "marketing" before.
• Whether your resume has the right keywords.

We care that you can write, you understand the internet, and you want to learn this craft from the ground up.

How we hire

No long interview loops. We'll have a short call, and if there's a fit, we'll send you a small task to work on. A real piece of work that mirrors what you'd do day to day. We hire based on that, not on your resume.
