Digital Marketing Executive – Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns targeting colleges, universities, and institutional decision-makers
• Create and optimize Google Ads (Search & Display) campaigns to generate inbound leads and demo requests
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for brand awareness in the education sector
• Execute email marketing campaigns including drip sequences, newsletters, and lead follow-ups
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) with consistent branding and engagement
• Write SEO-friendly content such as blogs, landing pages, and case studies related to EdTech, student management, and NAAC compliance
• Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, banners, brochures, and social media assets
• Support product marketing with presentations and sales collateral
• Research competitor activities and trends in the EdTech and higher education industry

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing (B2B/SaaS preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation
• Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns
• Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking and reporting
• Basic design skills using Canva
• Strong English communication and copywriting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SaaS or EdTech marketing
• Knowledge of Indian higher education and NAAC/NBA processes
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho
• Experience with WhatsApp Business marketing
• Basic video editing skills for short-form content
