Pre-revenue. SEIS advance assurance in progress. Product feasibility de-risked. Product discovery outreach has validated demand and exposed the GTM gap this role fills.

Why this role exists
Technical and product founder in place. What is missing is a commercial operator who owns the number. Outbound, demos, closes, pipeline, SDR direction. I cannot run this motion myself.

What you will own

Outbound to UK estate agency principals and sales directors
Demo to close cycle, Tier 1 and 2 accounts
SDR direction, then first sales hire post-Angel round
Direct input to: Pricing, packaging, positioning, contract terms calibration

Who you are

Sold B2B SaaS into UK estate agencies or EA business operator from UK residential seeking to step up
Ready to iterate on current pipeline or build a wedge from zero
Comfortable cold calling, comfortable closing
Honest with bad news, fast over thorough, allergic to corporate theatre
UK-based preferred. Remote okay, if the market experience is real.

The deal

Equity 15 to 25 percent, depending on commitment level and join stage
Vesting: 4 year, 12 month cliff
Equity-only until first Angel round closes, at which point cash compensation begins
Part-time start acceptable. Clear milestone for full-time transition

Not an advisor seat
Not a sales rep role with a co-founder title
Not a salary-on-day-one position

If equity-only is a blocker, this is not the fit.
