Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career designer with internship experience who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.
As a Product Designer, you will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design engaging interfaces for our website, dashboard, mobile apps as well as contribute to our hardware products. You should have a strong eye for aesthetics, usability, and modern design principles, along with the ability to turn ideas into functional, seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, dashboards, mobile apps and consumer hardware products.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs based on business and user requirements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design implementation and consistency across products.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product experiences.
• Build and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides for brand consistency.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, engaging, and easy-to-use interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Applications, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong portfolio).
• 0–2 years of experience (internships/projects included) in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of responsive design, design systems, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics will be an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX thinking, case studies, or live projects.
• Good communication skills and ability to receive/implement feedback effectively.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
