Your Role

You'll be a core member of our product engineering team, owning major features and systems end-to-end. You'll work across our entire stack—from our React/TypeScript frontend to our Python/FastAPI backend and PostgreSQL database—building the platform that powers job referrals, payments, and workflows for thousands of home services professionals.

What You'll Build

• Agentic AI systems that intelligently route and match in real-time
• New Products from the ground-up that leverage our exisitng infastructure
• Mobile experiences built for users in the field

Who You Are

• Technically exceptional, product-minded. You care about the "why" behind features, not just the "how." You understand business context, how users actually interact with the product, and you participate in product decisions instead of waiting for a spec
• Obsessive about AI. You use Claude Code, Cursor, and the rest in almost everything you do. You're fluent in building with LLMs and you see automation as leverage, not a threat. You get visibly frustrated when AI tools aren't being pushed to their full capacity
• Maybe a recent college grad — and that can be a feature. You may not have a decade of production code under your belt, but you live on the bleeding edge of AI engineering and tooling. You have exceptional insight into Claude Code, agentic workflows, and the way the modern AI stack is reshaping how engineers actually build. We'll trade tenure for taste, velocity, and obsession every time
• A systems thinker who obsesses over the end customer. You aren't afraid to get into the weeds with users and code to deliver the tools they deserve. You see how the pieces connect
• Founder mentality. You've started your own company, been on a founding team, or run a side project that real people loved. You don't wait to be told what to do
• You want to do something transformative and work with a fun growing team!

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Competitive Base + Bonus
• Equity: Total compensation for this position may also include early-stage equity package depending on base salary
• Location: Strong preference for Miami, FL | Open to Remote
